GUANGZHOU, Feb 12 (Reuters) - The Trump administration is promoting artificial intelligence exports and maritime surveillance technology at Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meetings in southern China this week, as Washington seeks to counter Beijing's technological and maritime influence.
